Samantha Barry is a world-renowned media executive, award-winning editor, and expert in audience transformation. Most recently, she served as Global Editorial Director of Glamour, following seven years as Editor-in-Chief of Glamour America. She led the brand’s evolution into a digital-first global platform, overseeing agenda-setting journalism, major cultural moments, and the expansion of Glamour’s Women of the Year franchise. Previously, Barry held senior roles at CNN, the BBC, RTÉ, and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. She speaks on leadership, media transformation, changing audience habits, women in leadership, and brand reinvention. Barry holds an Honorary Doctorate from Ulster University and serves on the board of Room to Read.
