Ana

Ana Hageage is a national workforce development leader with over two decades of experience designing and implementing policies and programs that support economic mobility for underserved workers. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff for the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration helping lead an $11 billion agency responsible for programs and operations that underpin the nation's public workforce system. Ana has built strategic partnerships across multiple stakeholders, led diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies in public and private organizations, and spearheaded federal, state, and local government policies and investments.
