Imhoff
Emily brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit program management, specializing in community building and leadership development. She currently serves as the Senior Program & Operations Manager for the Alliance for Social Trust, an initiative focused on strengthening social trust through communities of practice, shared resources, and collaborative partnerships.
Previously, Emily worked with the Aspen Institute’s Program on Philanthropy and Social Innovation, supporting initiatives including the Aspen Philanthropy Group, the Seminar for Mid-Amera Foundation CEOs, and the Community Foundation Business Model Project.
Before Aspen, she managed leadership development programs at the American Association of University Women (AAUW), including the Empower program and the National Conference for College Women Student Leaders. Earlier, she coordinated activist events and strategic initiatives for the National Organization for Women (NOW).
Based in Washington, DC, Emily is originally from Ohio and holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Cincinnati.
