Gloria Osardu is the Global Head of UX Research & Consumer Insights at Yahoo, where she leads the company’s end-to-end research and insights strategy across consumer products, brand, and services. Gloria’s teams serves as a trusted guide to de‑risking decisions, helping leaders use data and storytelling to drive customer‑first strategies, and build trusted product experiences for millions of users worldwide.

Under Gloria’s leadership, the UX Research & Consumer Insights organization focuses on turning insights into action—connecting qualitative and quantitative research to real product, design, and marketing outcomes. Their team has informed everything from mobile app and homepage experiences to brand relevance work that inspired creative campaigns, including the playful Yahoo/Yoo‑Hoo murals in Chicago, Brooklyn, and Austin.

Gloria is also an active thought leader and speaker, known for talks that challenge how organizations share research and navigate an AI‑first world. Attendees have described their presentations as “one of the most interesting” at industry events and “immediately practical” for influencing stakeholder receptivity and impact.
