Josefina Aguayo has dedicated nearly three decades to service for underrepresented communities and entrepreneurs.

In 2000, Josefina first joined the Chicago Urban League Young Professionals as Community Service Chair which launched her community organizing experience. In 2005, Josefina joined the National Urban Leagues (NUL) new media publication, Urban Influence - leading advertising and partnerships. During her time with the National Urban League, she led development for the NUL Influencer Summit and Women of Influence Awards honoring First Lady Michelle Obama.

After a successful career at Macy's Inc driving multiple merchandising categories, Josefina moved to Silicon Valley to lead growth strategies for minority owned startups - Walker & Co Brands, Dev/Color and Rodan and Fields.

Josefina is currently the Director for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging with eBay, Inc. As a global team leader, Josefina is responsible for strategically driving representation, retention and development strategies and inclusive leadership across global business units.

She has been honored for her commitment to diversity and inclusion including being named a 2023 Visionary Leader by the Los Angeles Times.

Josefina received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has executive education certifications from Yale School of Management, Stanford University and the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated in Los Angeles, California.
