Karen Guggenheim is an internationally recognized wellbeing advisor and speaker, and the Founder of WOHASU®, the World Happiness Summit®, and Tech for Good™, platforms advancing human flourishing at scale. Since founding WOHASU in 2016, Karen has been among the early leaders helping bring the science of wellbeing into mainstream conversations across leadership, education, business, and public policy.
She advises senior executives, multinational organizations, and public institutions on wellbeing strategy, culture, and leadership, and has led large-scale initiatives within major public-school systems. Karen is a frequent keynote speaker at global forums, addressing happiness, purpose, connection, and human-centric leadership.
Karen serves on the board of the World Wellbeing Movement and is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association. She is the author of Cultivating Happiness and is dedicated to advancing wellbeing as a strategic priority for a happier world.
