Lara Galinsky is an institutional leader and systems strategist with more than two decades of experience scaling mission-driven organizations at moments of social and technological transition. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Project Liberty Alliance, a cross-sector coalition of 200+ organizations, coalitions, and partnerships working to ensure that AI advances human agency, democratic accountability, and human flourishing.

Previously, Lara served as co-leader of Echoing Green, one of the world's leading early-stage investors in social innovation, where she supported the launch of more than 250 pioneering organizations across seventy countries. She also founded The Genuine, where she coaches CEOs and senior leaders navigating institutional growth and transition — grounded in behavioral science and organizational psychology, with a focus on aligning purpose with strategy and building cultures that endure. She is the author of Be Bold and Work on Purpose.
