Lisa Dyer is currently the Executive Director of the GPS Innovation Alliance (GPSIA) which promotes GPS, Global Navigation Satellite Systems, and complementary space-based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing systems, their receivers and devices. GPSIA champions their vital roles in public safety, critical infrastructure, consumer products, and the global economy.
Lisa has over 25 years of experience as a leader at the intersection of public policy, national security, business and technology, and has served in roles in both the public and private sector. She began her career in the U.S. Air Force and later worked at the U.S. Department of State, where she gained extensive experience in space and technology policy. She later worked in San Francisco at a nonprofit focused on AI and a startup focusing on fundraising while resolving supply chain issues, and developing growth marketing for the firm.
Lisa received her M.A. in Business Management from Antioch University and a B.S. in Political Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
