Małgosia serves as Program Manager for AI and Data Governance for the City of Long Beach, CA. She's responsible for developing and implementing the City's AI Strategy and ensuring the technology is used safely and responsibly.
Prior, Małgosia was the Director of the Public Interest Technology Initiative at Cornell Tech in NYC, where she led programs for students to apply their technical skills in the public interest and built collaborations with City agencies and nonprofits. Before that, she worked at the NYC Mayor's Office of Data Analytics on the NYC Open Data Program. Małgosia lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two-year-old son.
