Michelle is a founding partner at Grow for Good Strategies, a boutique social impact agency that helps double-bottom-line companies scale. At Grow for Good, Michelle uses her 15+ years of experience to advise founders and leaders on growth, transformation, and best practices.
Prior to co-founding Grow for Good Strategies, Michelle served as the Chief Revenue Officer for EveryAction and NGP VAN. Over her decade-long tenure, she helped grow the company from $6M to $40M+ in revenue; oversaw a 750%+ headcount growth across the sales and marketing departments; and led the 2014 GTM strategy, launch, and execution of the EveryAction product and brand into the nonprofit sector.
Michelle's early career began at a climate-focused nonprofit in her home state of Michigan and eventually took her to the nation’s capital where she worked for EMILY's List. Throughout her career, she has developed a vast network across the political, nonprofit, tech, and government spaces.
Michelle lives in Chevy Chase with her husband, Joe, and daughters Liv and Lucia.
