Monica Mora is a senior marketing leader in tech with over a decade of experience driving growth and strategy at large global companies. She currently works at Amazon and has previously held roles at Google and other leading technology organizations, focusing on go-to-market strategy, experimentation, and international expansion.

Monica is also the Chapter Lead for Latinas in Tech Seattle and a passionate community builder dedicated to supporting women navigating leadership and career growth in tech. Through her own journey and years of mentoring, she has seen how talented women often underestimate their value or hesitate to claim their voice.
