Nidhi

Nidhi Sahni is the head of Bridgespan's US Region and Advisory Services. She also leads Bridgespan’s work on gender equity globally, which spans issues of women’s rights, women’s health inclusive of SRHR, economic empowerment, narrative change, and men and boys. Nidhi has worked on these issues across South Asia, Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the United States. She has partnered with nonprofits such as Educate Girls, Camfed, Malala Fund, National Women’s Law Center, and Voto Latino, and with institutional, individual, and family philanthropies such as The Ford Foundation, CIFF, Rockefeller Foundation, The Gates Foundation, and several high net-worth individuals. Additionally, she has led Bridgespan’s work with donor collaboratives like Co-Impact and The Audacious Project. Under Nidhi’s leadership, Bridgespan has grown its work on artificial intelligence, advising nonprofits and philanthropists on how to responsibly use AI to amplify impact while addressing risks such as bias, equity, and governance.
