Shreya Singh Hernandez is a Senior Manager at Aspen Digital at the Aspen Institute, where she leads national initiatives at the intersection of technology, data, and economic opportunity. She leads cross-sector efforts on responsible data practices, youth digital safety, and inclusive technology ecosystems, bringing together researchers, technologists, policymakers, and community leaders to translate research into action. Her work has informed product design, workforce strategies, and accountability frameworks across civil society, philanthropy, and major technology companies.
Her insights have been featured at conferences such as SXSW, AAAS annual summit, LWT, etc. She is a frequent advisor and invited speaker at organizations like the Pew Research Center, Harvard Center for Public Leadership, Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University’s Massive Data Institute, and many more. She has also collaborated with organizations including Google, Snap, Uber, Meta, and IBM, as well as participated in international exchanges with the U.S. State Department on tech policy.
