Yumi brings extensive experience guiding high-growth fintech and consumer marketplaces, having served as in-house counsel at Etsy, Instacart, and Macy’s. Her work focuses on building compliant, scalable systems that expand access and trust particularly as the future of work evolves. She earned her JD from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and her undergraduate degree from NYU.
